As a graphic designer, there are many tools and products that help me run my business daily. From software on my computer down to my planner, I use these items to help me stay organized as best as I can.
No.1: My CRM System: Dubsado
The main tool that I can’t function without! This helps me keep all my clients organized, including invoices, sending client design proofs, sending contracts, sending questionnaires, etc.

No.2: Adobe Software
Of course, I can’t do what I do without the Adobe Creative Suite. I mainly use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign (all for different projects).
No. 3 Planner
Even though I’m on the computer 97% of my day ? I’m still someone that has to have a real paper planner to write stuff down and cross it off when I am done! I flip around on my planners but usually get either The Day Designer or an Erin Condren Life Planner. I love that there is plenty of room to write all my to-do’s and my schedule down as well as notes if needed on both of these options!
No. 4: Coschedule
How I organize all my e-mail, blog & social media content and schedule it out!
No. 5: Loom
I use their google chrome extension all the time to screen record quick videos walking clients through their website or instructions on how to change something themselves. I love Loom because I can record quickly and send a link for them to view on the spot without having to download the video and e-mail a big file!
