Today is Website Launch Day for West Fern Spa!

Abigail, the owner of West Fern Spa, is one of my best friends and also owns my favorite spa in McAllen (if you have been there then it’s probably already your favorite too!)

West Fern Spa has been open for four years and already had branding in place. She was planning on expanding her services and product line and wanted a new website to reflect her expansion and one that can grow with her as her business grows. Her previous website was informative and to the point but with her expansion and business goals we really wanted to take her website to the next level!

While the whole website is new and on a completely different platform (Show it) we also wanted to add some things that her previous website didn’t have. Two BIG things we added were:

A Blog
Blogging is such a great tool to add to your website because not only does it help improve your SEO every time you add a post but it really helps get potential customers interested in what you are offering. You can add anything to your blog and it creates a fun way to connect with your audience and customers. For Abigail, I see her using it as a way to showcase spa specials, more in-depth reviews on products in her store, at-home spa tips & tricks, more detailed FAQs on her services, her passion for healthy living, and more fun behind the scenes looks!

An Online Shop
The biggest new area on her website is the online shop! She has been adding new products and product lines over time and really wanted to be able to start selling online. She has tons of great products and a lot of the items are exclusive to her spa so adding an online store is a great extra service that she can offer.

We kept an overall modern & sleek design (with some pops of fun) utilizing her brand colors throughout the website to tie into her logo and current marketing materials so that it creates a consistent brand. We wanted to keep it professional and clean while adding in bits of Abigail’s personality too.

I had so much fun working on this project and can’t wait to see how she utilizes her new website it in her business as she grows.
