Some of my favorite features that I use daily are:
Time Tracker- No need to time on your phone or use a normal time tracking website to figure out how many hours you are working on a client project! You can create multiple projects you are working on, track your time and the best part is when you are done you can apply the hours to the invoice with a click of a button!
Proposal- I send out proposals all the time and I love having a set layout where I can just plug in details of the specific project and send to anyone within a couple minutes! Your clients will appreciate an easy to read, organized and eye appealing proposal that sets you apart!
Invoices- Dubsado makes it so easy to quickly send invoices and to split payments as well! It easily connects with square or stripe and/or PayPal so that you can get paid and the funds are transferred to your bank account within a few days!
Sending Proofs- I have a couple of set templates that I have created within the “questionnaires” section that I use to send digital proofs & mockups. I have it laid out so that I can easily send photos, have checkboxes for customers to choose which proof, and have areas where they can sign off on designs or leave edits & feedbacks.
Client Portals- For repeat customers or customers that have a big project, I send them their info to their very own client portal so that they can access an entire space designated to their project. In the portal, they can see their invoices, contracts, and all the forms and communication we have had back and forth!
While there is so much more you can do with Dubsado and depending on the type of business you have you might not use some of these features or you might use them differently, the possibilities are endless! It is truly the thing that keeps me most organized with all the different client projects daily!
