Fonts are so important and can be utilized in so many different ways. Unique and Strong Fonts can enhance your design or branding and elevate your presence.

There are thousands and thousands of fonts out there and as a designer I’m always on the hunt for new and great fonts. While I purchase a lot of fonts I do utilize free ones here and there as well! Free fonts are also a great way for someone on a budget starting out.

Just keep note that paid fonts come with licenses so you are able to use them a number of different ways (branding and website) and are protected. But a lot of these free fonts can be a great starting point or fun to use for invitations and other design projects!

Here are a few of my current favorite free ones:

Lemon Milk– such a great strong sans serif font that can be used in a casual fun way!

Chedros– This font is fun and a little groovy. It’s a great font to incorporate into a logo, invitation or great to implement into your branding for headings.

Amalfi Coast– I love this handwritten cursive font. This would be great for invitations. I love that it is a polished handwritten font that is easy to read.

Breadley Sans– I love this simple yet vibrant font. It’s a sans serif type that has a classic feel with a modern twist.

Hello Bride– I love this classic script font. The title says it all it’s very appropriate for formal and elegant things such as wedding invitations or fancy events.

Casanova– I love this font because it’s classy with a little edge to it. I can see this font being used a number of ways!
