A few months ago I wrote a blog post about how I use Dubsado in my business. I recently switched back over to Honeybook for my CRM System and I will tell you why.
While I currently work from home and have access to my computer a lot, I really value being able to do more things on my phone when needed. This past weekend my husband and I took a last minute trip to Houston and while there was some stuff I could do from my phone I was very limited or it was too clunky trying to navigate Dubsado on my iphone browser.
Honeybook’s app is amazing and getting better and better as they add more updates. It makes it super easy to respond, send a file, send an invoice, send a proposal all with a couple clicks.
Another thing I like about Honeybook is that it feels more secure. Everything is contained within the app and has disclaimers on the bottom of every e-mail:
I love the overall ease to Honeybook and the only reason why I switched back to Dubsado for a few months was because I thought I wasn’t able to create an “order form” within Honeybook. Well I was wrong and it’s even better than I thought it was!
Overall I really have been enjoying the simplicity, ease and organization of Honeybook compared to Dubsado. While I like the overall idea of Dubsado and it being more customizable for your business. I am more focused on client projects then having to spend so much time trying to get my back end organized and get all my forms the same. Honeybook makes it easy and much more professional in my opinion!
Also, this could be a random coincidence but I noticed that I was getting more leads while using Honeybook than I was using Dubsado. Could be a random thing but I’ll report back if I notice a difference now that I switched back!
